Sit amid the historic buildings, sip and savour your way through on this culinary adventure. Let your taste buds loose with three courses of two food items with beer pairings and see how simple beer can make your meals come alive.

 

An example of food and beer pairings:

First Course

Plate A: Goat Cheese Disk on crostini with Apple Chutney paired with Apple Cider

 

Plate B: Smoked salmon served on sliced cucumber and topped with Fried capers and saffron Aiolli paired with German Pilsner (Pils) Beer

 

Second Course

Plate A: Croques Monsieur- toasted bread with Italian ham, gruyere cheese and light béchamel paired with Munich Dunkel Beer

 

Plate B: Pulled Duck Confit on Plums with and red currant gastric sauce topped with Orange zest paired with Flanders Red Ale Beer

 

Third Course

Plate A: Mushroom Crostini with scotch, herbs, blue cheese and truffle oil paired with Strong Scotch Ale Beer

 

Plate B: Bread Pudding with, pecans, dried figs, Amaretto cream and biscotti on side paired with Old Ale
