Price

City of Ghosts Bus Tour Price:

$45.94 ($40.00 + taxes and fees) per adult 18+

$22.33 ($18.00 + taxes and fees) per child/youth aged 8-17

Seats are non-refundable and once booked, dates cannot be changed. Please make sure you are booking the correct number of seats for the correct date. You will be required to show your online booking confirmation when you check in for the tour.

Talking to the Dead Bus Tour Price:

$50.26 ($44.00 + taxes and fees) per adult 18+

$22.33 ($18.00 + taxes and fees) per youth aged 12-17 years

What to bring on either bus tour:

A friend/partner to experience the tours with
Good walking shoes
Appropriate clothing to reflect the elements of the night
Fully charged phones/cameras
Extra batteries for cameras
Bottle of water/juice in a resealable container
Snacks if you get a bit hungry

Group rates are available on either Haunted Bus Tour.

City of Ghosts group rate is $36.00 + GST ($37.80) per person based on a minimum of 10 paying adults using one form of payment. Group rates are non-refundable and once booked, the date cannot be changed.

Talking to the Dead group rate is $39.00 + GST ($40.95) per person based on a minimum of 10 paying adults using one form of payment. Group rates are non-refundable and once booked, the date cannot be changed.

We cannot hold space on any tour date without payment. Group rates are only available by calling Heartland Travel direct at 204-989-9630. We’re here Mon-Fri 9-5. Visa, MC, cash (exact change), and certified cheques are accepted for payment. Invoices can be provided for your records.

Please keep in mind that everyone in your group is going on a Haunted Tour and to make sure that everyone in your group wants to be on a Haunted Tour. This makes it fun for all involved!

Want a private tour?

Have a group of 20 or more adults? Private tours are available by calling Heartland Travel at 204-989-9630. Date is subject to guide and bus availability so it’s best to have a few dates to work with. To book a private ghost bus tour we require a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 at the time of booking and confirming a tour for you. Final payment would be due within 2 weeks of taking the tour. Visa, MC, cheque, and cash are accepted as payment. Invoices can be provided to you for your records.

City of Ghosts Bus Tour

This tour explains what is paranormal activity, what are spirits trying to tell us & how do they present themselves to us. The City of Ghosts Bus Tour is a good fit for those who are curious to understand this mystifying topic but do NOT want to interact with spirit! There is a visual presentation on board the bus. This tour is suitable for children 8 years of age or older. You step off the bus at two locations: Vaughan Street Jail (not entered) and the Fort Garry Hotel. This tour is an excellent combination of history and understanding what is paranormal activity.

Where to Meet:

This tour starts from inside the Via Rail Train Station (123 Main Street) at Main and Broadway. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the tour

Timing:

7:00pm – 9:30pm

Parking:

Complimentary parking is available for tour guests at the Wawanesa Insurance Building Parking Lot located at the corner of Broadway and Main next to VJ’s Drive In.

What to expect on the City of Ghosts Bus Tour

This tour explains what paranormal activity is and will discuss the ghost stories associated with famous haunted locations and landmarks in the city. You are mainly on the bus for the duration of the tour, however, you get off the bus and spend some time outside at the Vaughan Street Jail and the tour will end at the Fort Garry Hotel. The City of Ghosts Bus Tour is suitable for children ages 8+.

Talking to the Dead Bus Tour

Use basic tools and techniques with the anticipation of capturing evidence of spirit activity. Spirit communication will be attempted to occur so don’t be shy and give it a try! Enter Manitoba Legislative Building, Mystery Location, spend some time outside at the Vaughan Street Jail, and finish the tour inside the Fort Garry Hotel.

Mystery Locations include: Dalnavert Museum & Fire Fighters Museum

What to expect on the Talking to the Dead Bus Tour

This tour uses tools and techniques to attempt communication with spirits. Group participation is encouraged by all who attend this tour. You spend about 40 minutes inside the Manitoba Legislative Building, Mystery Location, and the Fort Garry Hotel. For the Vaughan Street Jail, you spend time outside. This tour is geared for adults 18+ however, those aged 12-17 are allowed providing they are comfortable with spirit communication and ghost stories. Please read the special note regarding minors in the tour description above.
